6. Manage and track project progress, identify and resolve issues, and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful project outcomes.
7. Develop and maintain technical documentation for customer IT systems.
8. Provide training and technical support to customers on IT systems.
9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure solutions meet customer needs.
10. Work collaboratively with other team members to develop and implement strategies that drive business results.
