  1. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of SAP's containerized services and their underlying architecture.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust monitoring solutions for containerized services.
  3. Utilize your expertise in IT architecture to identify and address potential performance issues in a timely manner.
  4. Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of containerized services, proactively identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in IT architecture and monitoring tools, and make recommendations for their implementation within SAP.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to containerized services, working closely with other members of the IT Architecture team.
  7. Clearly communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including presenting recommendations and solutions that align with business objectives.
  8. Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation related to containerized services and their monitoring.
  9. Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure effective integration and communication between containerized services and other systems.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve existing processes and procedures to enhance the overall performance and stability of containerized services.
  11. Mentor and train junior members of the team on IT architecture best practices and monitoring tools.
  12. Stay current with industry standards and best practices, and make recommendations for their implementation in SAP's container services monitoring.

Job Qualifications

  • Expertise In Containerization Technology: A Successful It Architecture Specialist For Container Services Monitoring At Sap Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Containerization Technology, Including Popular Platforms Such As Docker, Kubernetes, And Openshift.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Monitoring Tools: The Candidate Should Possess A Strong Knowledge Of Various Monitoring Tools Used In Container Environments, Such As Prometheus, Grafana, And Elk Stack. They Should Also Have Experience Setting Up And Configuring These Tools For Efficient Monitoring.

  • Experience In Cloud Computing: As Containerization Is Often Used In Cloud Environments, The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Cloud Computing, Specifically With Sap's Cloud Offerings Such As Sap Cloud Platform And Sap Hana Enterprise Cloud.

  • Familiarity With Devops Practices: Containerization Is Closely Tied To Devops Practices, So The Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of Devops Principles And Experience Implementing Them In Previous Projects.

  • Excellent Troubleshooting Skills: As An It Architecture Specialist For Container Services Monitoring, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Identifying And Resolving Issues In Container Environments.
