HXM Payroll Associate Functional Consultant

SAP is searching for an experienced HXM Payroll Associate Functional Consultant to join our team. As an HXM Payroll Associate Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for providing functional and technical support in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the SAP HCM Payroll module.The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in SAP Payroll module implementation and configuration, experience with HCM Payroll processes, and strong functional and technical skills. In addition, we are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. 1. Provide functional and technical support in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the SAP HCM Payroll module
2. Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and customers
3. Troubleshoot complex problems and create innovative solutions
4. Analyze data to identify trends and develop strategies for improvement
5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant technologies and trends
6. Deliver timely and accurate reports to stakeholders
7. Work independently or as part of a team to progress projects
8. Train other team members on the use and functionality of the SAP HCM Payroll module
9. Monitor system performance and maintain system integrity
10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures
