  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets for assigned territory or accounts.

  3. Conduct comprehensive research to understand client needs and pain points, and present tailored solutions to address their business challenges.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions and services to clients.
  5. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to effectively position SAP's products and services in the market.
  6. Generate and maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports to inform business decisions.
  7. Participate in networking events and conferences to expand the company's client base and promote SAP's brand.
  8. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  9. Continuously develop and maintain knowledge of SAP's products and services, as well as competitors' offerings.
  10. Collaborate with regional and global teams to share best practices and drive overall business growth.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  12. Mentor and train junior sales team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their targets.
  13. Represent SAP in a professional and positive manner at all times, upholding the company's reputation for excellence.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Sales Experience: A High Growth Senior Account Executive At Sap Should Have A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Technology Industry. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Consistently Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.

  • Strong Understanding Of Enterprise Software: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Enterprise Software Solutions And Be Able To Articulate The Value Proposition Of Sap's Products To Potential Clients. They Should Also Have Experience In Selling Complex, High-Value Solutions To Large Organizations.

  • Strategic Thinker: The Senior Account Executive Should Have A Strategic Mindset And Be Able To Develop And Execute Long-Term Account Plans To Drive Growth And Maximize Opportunities With Key Accounts. They Should Also Be Able To Identify Potential Upsell And Cross-Sell Opportunities Within Existing Accounts.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills: Strong Communication And Presentation Skills Are Essential For This Role. The Senior Account Executive Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate With C-Level Executives And Build Strong Relationships With Clients. They Should Also Be Able To Deliver Compelling Presentations That Showcase Sap's Solutions And Value Proposition.

  • Team Player And Leader: As A Senior Account Executive, The Candidate Should Be Able To Collaborate With And Lead Cross-Functional Teams To Drive Successful Sales Outcomes. They Should Also Possess Strong Leadership Skills And Be Able To Mentor And Coach Junior Team Members. A Strong Sense Of Teamwork And A Customer-Centric Approach Are Critical For Success In This Role.
