  1. Provide technical expertise and support to clients in the implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of SAP Basis technology.
  2. Collaborate with a diverse and talented team to develop innovative solutions and drive continuous improvement in our services.
  3. Conduct system analysis and performance tuning to optimize the functioning of SAP systems.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies and trends to provide clients with cutting-edge solutions.
  5. Develop and maintain technical documentation for SAP systems, processes, and procedures.
  6. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their business needs and provide customized solutions.
  7. Perform system upgrades, patches, and installations in accordance with industry best practices.
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP Basis technology.
  9. Monitor system performance and proactively identify and address potential issues.
  10. Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
  11. Participate in project planning and provide technical inputs to ensure successful project delivery.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of client information.
  13. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP systems with other software and applications.
  14. Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of SAP Basis technology services.
  15. Represent the company as a subject matter expert in SAP Basis technology at conferences and events.

Job Qualifications

  • Strong Knowledge Of Sap Basis Technology: The Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Sap Basis Technology, Including System Administration, Performance Tuning, Security, And Database Management.

  • Experience With Sap Implementation And Upgrades: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Implementing And Upgrading Sap Systems, Including Planning, Execution, And Post-Implementation Support.

  • Technical Proficiency In Sap Hana: As Sap Moves Towards Its Next-Generation Database, Hana, The Consultant Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Hana Architecture, Administration, And Troubleshooting.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Consultant, The Candidate Will Be Required To Work Closely With Clients, Team Members, And Stakeholders. Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For Success In This Role.

  • Certifications And Relevant Experience: The Candidate Should Hold Relevant Sap Certifications And Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sap Basis Technology. Experience In Working With Clients In The Gurgaon Region Will Also Be Beneficial.
