  1. Oversee and manage the global mobility program for SAP, ensuring efficient and effective relocation and assignment processes for employees.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent from around the world, in line with SAP's global mobility policies and objectives.
  3. Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding global mobility inquiries, providing guidance and support throughout the relocation and assignment process.
  4. Partner with various departments, including HR, finance, and legal, to ensure compliance with immigration, tax, and employment laws and regulations.
  5. Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to ensure a seamless and positive experience for employees during relocation and assignment.
  6. Keep up-to-date with global mobility trends and best practices, and make recommendations for process improvements and cost efficiencies.
  7. Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation related to global mobility, including assignment agreements, visas, and tax documents.
  8. Develop and deliver training and informational sessions to educate employees and managers on global mobility policies and procedures.
  9. Proactively identify and address potential issues or challenges related to global mobility, and provide timely solutions and support to employees and managers.
  10. Participate in global mobility projects and initiatives, contributing insights and expertise to help shape the future of global talent mobility at SAP.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Global Mobility, Preferably In A Multinational Organization.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Global Mobility Policies, Procedures, And Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With Diverse Teams And Stakeholders.

  • Experience With Global Mobility Software And Tools, Such As Sap Successfactors, Is Highly Preferred.
