- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in France, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the implementation process.
- Lead and manage the implementation of SuccessFactors HCM solutions for clients, including project planning, requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and training.
- Utilize strong knowledge of HR processes to provide expert guidance and recommendations to clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve and optimize implementation processes.
- Effectively communicate project status and progress to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Provide ongoing support to clients post-implementation, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Mentor and train junior consultants on SuccessFactors HCM implementation best practices.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of implementation methodologies and tools.
- Represent SAP in a professional and positive manner, building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on SuccessFactors HCM solutions and provide thought leadership in the industry.
- Meet or exceed project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Fluent French Language Skills: As A French-Speaking Successfactors Hcm Senior Implementation Consultant, It Is Essential To Have Excellent Proficiency In The French Language. This Includes Speaking, Writing, And Reading, As The Role Will Involve Communicating With French-Speaking Clients And Colleagues.
Extensive Experience With Successfactors Hcm: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience Working With Successfactors Hcm As A Consultant, Preferably In A Senior Role. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Platform And Its Various Modules, As Well As Hands-On Experience With Implementation And Customization.
