  1. Develop and implement people strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business objectives and values of SAP.
  2. Partner with leaders and managers to provide guidance on all people-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, talent development, and organizational design.
  3. Coach and mentor managers to effectively manage and develop their teams, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  4. Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to attract and retain top talent, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  5. Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide data-driven insights to inform decision making.
  6. Lead and support change management initiatives to drive a positive and inclusive culture across the organization.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in HR and proactively make recommendations for improvements and innovations.
  8. Champion SAP's values and culture, acting as a role model for all employees and promoting an inclusive and respectful work environment.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.
  10. Serve as a resource and advisor to employees on HR policies, procedures, and programs, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
  11. Participate in company-wide projects and initiatives related to people and culture, providing expertise and support as needed.
  12. Collaborate with the global HR team to share best practices, align on global initiatives, and contribute to a cohesive and consistent employee experience across regions.
  13. Conduct regular talent reviews and succession planning activities to identify high-potential employees and ensure a strong pipeline of future leaders.
  14. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and addressing any potential issues or concerns.
  15. Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for employees, providing support and guidance on career development, performance, and well-being.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, With Specific Experience In People & Culture Business Partnering For Corporate Functions.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Hr Laws And Regulations, As Well As Experience In Implementing And Managing Hr Policies And Procedures.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Proven Experience In Providing Strategic Hr Advice And Support, And Driving Organizational And Cultural Change Initiatives Within A Large, Global Company.
