  2. Collaborate with senior leadership to identify key performance indicators and establish goals for executive track employees.
  3. Analyze performance data and provide insights and recommendations to improve performance.
  4. Develop and implement initiatives to continuously improve the performance management process.
  5. Train and coach managers on performance management best practices and processes.
  6. Communicate performance expectations and provide feedback to executive-level employees.
  7. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the performance management program.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to performance management.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in performance management.
  10. Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the executive track team.
  11. Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure alignment of performance management with overall business objectives.
  12. Conduct performance evaluations and identify development opportunities for team members.
  13. Lead and facilitate performance management meetings and workshops.
  14. Manage and oversee the performance review process for executive-level employees.
  15. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance-related issues.
  16. Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date performance data and reports.
  17. Represent the company and the executive track team in meetings and discussions related to performance management.
  18. Continuously evaluate and improve the performance management process to ensure its effectiveness and efficiency.
  19. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to support performance management initiatives.
  20. Act as a role model and mentor for team members, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
