- Lead and oversee the development and implementation of the RISE platform, ensuring alignment with the company's overall technology strategy and business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical solutions, and architect scalable and secure enterprise systems.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements and solutions.
- Conduct research and stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to make recommendations for enhancing the RISE platform.
- Create and maintain architectural documentation, including system diagrams, technical specifications, and best practices guidelines.
- Evaluate and select appropriate technology solutions and vendors to support the RISE platform's development.
- Define and enforce architectural standards, principles, and best practices across the RISE team to ensure consistency and excellence in system design.
- Mentor and coach junior architects and developers to foster growth and development within the team.
- Monitor and assess the performance of the RISE platform, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to optimize system functionality.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects within budget and scope.
- Act as a subject matter expert for the RISE platform, providing guidance and support to other teams and departments within the company.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to the RISE platform's architecture and make recommendations for risk management and mitigation strategies.
Extensive Experience In Enterprise Architecture: A Successful Ea Candidate At Sap Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Enterprise Architecture Principles, Frameworks, And Methodologies. They Should Also Have A Track Record Of Implementing Successful Ea Strategies In Large, Complex Organizations.
Strong Business Acumen: As An Ea At Sap, The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Business Processes And Operations. They Should Be Able To Translate Technical Solutions Into Business Value And Effectively Communicate With Stakeholders At All Levels.
