- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of SAP's enterprise software solutions and how they can be utilized to drive business transformation for clients.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business strategies and goals, and identify how SAP's technology can support and enhance these objectives.
- Utilize your expertise in enterprise architecture to design and implement IT solutions that align with clients' business needs and objectives.
- Lead and guide clients through the process of assessing their current IT landscape, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement, and developing a roadmap for implementation.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the technology solutions designed and implemented are in line with industry best practices and standards.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may arise during the implementation of IT solutions.
- Communicate complex technical concepts and recommendations to clients in a clear and concise manner.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously enhance and improve SAP's enterprise software solutions.
- Provide thought leadership and guidance to the Business Transformation Services team, as well as mentor and train junior team members.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue potential business opportunities with current and potential clients.
- Represent SAP as a subject matter expert in enterprise architecture at industry events and conferences.
- Adhere to project timelines and budgets, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of IT solutions, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and uphold SAP's values and standards at all times.
Extensive Experience In Enterprise Architecture: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Enterprise Architecture Principles And Frameworks, Such As Togaf, And Be Able To Apply Them In A Practical And Effective Manner.
Strong Business Acumen: A Successful Enterprise Architect In This Role Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Business Processes And Strategies, As Well As The Ability To Align Technology Solutions With Business Objectives.
Proven Track Record In Business Transformation: The Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Implementing Large-Scale Business Transformation Projects, Preferably Within The Technology Industry.
Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills: As An Enterprise Architect, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Communicating Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders, Therefore Strong Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills Are Essential.
Technical Expertise In Sap Solutions: As A Global Leader In Enterprise Software, Sap Requires Its Enterprise Architects To Have A Strong Understanding Of Sap Solutions, Including S/4Hana, Cloud Solutions, And Integration Capabilities. Certification In Relevant Sap Products Is Highly Desirable.
