- Lead and facilitate workshops with clients to gather requirements and understand their business processes related to HCM.
- Utilize expert knowledge of HCM and the EMEA market to provide strategic guidance and recommendations to clients.
- Design and implement customized solutions to optimize clients' HCM processes using SAP's HCM software.
- Conduct thorough analysis of clients' current HCM processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP's HCM solutions with clients' existing systems.
- Train and mentor junior consultants on HCM best practices and SAP's HCM software.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for HCM and provide guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation process.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to manage expectations and ensure successful project delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments in HCM to continuously enhance and improve SAP's solutions.
- Proactively identify and address any issues or roadblocks in the implementation process to ensure timely and successful project completion.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and assist with pre-sales activities.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance to clients post-implementation to ensure continued success and satisfaction with SAP's HCM solutions.
Extensive Experience In Implementing And Configuring Sap Human Capital Management (Hcm) Solutions, With A Focus On Emea Region.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Emea Business Processes And Regulations Related To Hr And Payroll, Including Gdpr Compliance.
Strong Project Management Skills, With A Proven Track Record Of Leading Successful Hcm Implementations In Large, Multinational Organizations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Engage With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
Demonstrated Expertise In Providing Strategic Guidance And Recommendations To Clients On Optimizing Their Hr Processes And Leveraging Sap Hcm Technology To Achieve Their Business Goals.
