2. Utilize expertise in Linux and Cloud administration, specifically with Azure, to troubleshoot and resolve any infrastructure issues.
3. Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying and addressing potential issues before they impact customers.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and implement upgrades and enhancements to the ECS environment.
5. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for the ECS environment to ensure consistency and efficiency.
6. Stay updated on the latest advancements and best practices in Linux and Cloud administration, and implement them in the ECS environment as appropriate.
7. Provide technical guidance and support to other team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
8. Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries and issues related to the ECS environment.
