4. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in digital solutions to provide relevant and timely recommendations to clients.
6. Conduct presentations and demos to showcase the value and benefits of SAP's digital solutions to clients.
7. Identify potential roadblocks and risks in the digital transformation process and develop mitigation plans.
8. Act as a mentor and advisor to clients, providing guidance and support throughout their digital transformation journey.
9. Monitor and track progress of digital transformation initiatives, ensuring they are delivered within budget and timeline.
10. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
11. Continuously evaluate and improve digital transformation processes and strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
12. Represent SAP at industry events and conferences to promote our digital solutions and establish partnerships.
13. Maintain a strong understanding of SAP's products and services, as well as competitor offerings, to effectively position our solutions in the market.
