  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive digital customer engagement strategy for SAP, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and objectives.
  2. Create and manage engaging digital campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and web.
  3. Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results and drive customer acquisition and retention.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience across all digital touchpoints.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and customer engagement, and proactively make recommendations for improvements and innovations.
  6. Continuously improve the overall customer experience by identifying pain points and implementing solutions through digital channels.
  7. Utilize various tools and platforms to track and report on key metrics, providing regular updates to management on the success of digital customer engagement efforts.
  8. Manage and maintain relationships with external partners and agencies to support the execution of digital campaigns and initiatives.
  9. Act as a brand ambassador for SAP, ensuring all digital communications and content align with the company's brand guidelines.
  10. Collaborate with global teams to share best practices and implement a consistent approach to digital customer engagement across all regions.
  11. Develop and manage project plans and timelines, ensuring timely execution of digital campaigns and projects.
  12. Provide support and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert on digital customer engagement, providing training and mentorship to team members and other departments as needed.
  14. Proactively identify opportunities for growth and improvement in the digital customer engagement space, and present recommendations to leadership.
  15. Represent SAP at industry events and conferences, showcasing our innovative digital customer engagement strategies and successes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Digital Marketing And Customer Engagement, Preferably In The Software/Technology Industry

  • Proficiency In Digital Marketing Tools And Platforms Such As Crm Systems, Email Marketing, Social Media, And Web Analytics

  • Strong Understanding Of Customer Journey Mapping, Segmentation, And Personalization Strategies

  • Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Drive Results In A Fast-Paced Environment.
