- Manage SAP HANA and BASIS administration tasks, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP systems.
- Monitor and troubleshoot SAP systems to ensure smooth operation and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions for our SAP systems.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest DevOps tools and technologies and make recommendations for their implementation.
- Implement and maintain DevOps principles and practices to improve efficiency, reliability, and security of our SAP systems.
- Conduct regular system audits and implement necessary updates and patches to ensure system compliance and security.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configuration, processes, and procedures.
- Participate in on-call rotations and provide support for critical incidents and system outages.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying areas for automation and process enhancements.
- Train and mentor junior DevOps team members on SAP HANA and BASIS administration best practices.
- Communicate with stakeholders and provide regular updates on system performance, issues, and improvements.
