Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Successfactors Implementation And Development.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Successfactors Modules, Including Employee Central, Performance And Goals, Compensation, Learning, And Succession.
Strong Understanding Of Human Resources Processes And Best Practices, With The Ability To Translate Business Requirements Into Technical Solutions.
Extensive Experience In Designing, Developing, Testing, And Deploying Custom Solutions In Successfactors Using Tools Such As Sap Cloud Platform Integration, Sap Hana Cloud Integration, And Sap Successfactors Extensions Framework.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
