  1. Develop and implement strategies for automating the build process for SAP products.
  2. Lead a team of developers and engineers to design, build, and maintain automation solutions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective integration of automation processes.
  4. Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive continuous optimization of the build process.
  5. Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies related to automation and make recommendations for their implementation.

  8. Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.

  12. Foster a culture of innovation and teamwork within the team.
  13. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of automation processes with overall company goals.
  14. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert for SAP Build Process Automation and provide guidance to other teams within the organization.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Software Development And Engineering, With A Strong Understanding Of The Sap Ecosystem And Build Process Automation Tools.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Cross-Functional Development Teams, With The Ability To Drive Results And Meet Project Deadlines.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Agile Development Methodologies And Experience Implementing Them In An Sap Environment.

  • Strong Technical Skills, Including Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Java, Python, And C++, As Well As Experience With Ci/Cd Tools And Automation Frameworks.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization And Present Complex Technical Information In A Clear And Concise Manner.
