- Deliver exceptional customer service by managing and overseeing the successful delivery of SAP's enterprise software solutions to clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with SAP's services.
- Lead and manage project teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery, meeting client requirements and expectations.
- Work closely with sales and account management teams to identify new opportunities for business growth and expansion.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, providing updates on project status, issues, and resolutions.
- Adhere to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure project success.
- Utilize project management methodologies and tools to plan, organize, and execute project tasks.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, proactively finding solutions to ensure project success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and cohesive delivery experience for clients.
- Continuously evaluate and improve delivery processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to bring innovative ideas and solutions to the team.
- Represent SAP in a professional and positive manner at all times, maintaining the company's reputation as a global leader in enterprise software solutions.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Customer-Facing Role, Preferably In A Software Or Technology Company.
Strong Understanding Of Global Customer Engagement And Services Processes And Best Practices.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Customers And Internal Stakeholders.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Delivering Complex Projects Within Tight Timelines.
Familiarity With Sap Products And Solutions, As Well As A Deep Understanding Of The Company's Overall Strategy And Goals.
