  1. Develop and maintain an effective incident response plan to mitigate cyber security threats and incidents.
  2. Monitor and analyze security events to identify potential security breaches and take appropriate action.
  3. Lead and manage the incident response team, ensuring timely and effective response to security incidents.
  4. Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify potential security vulnerabilities.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security controls and measures to prevent cyber attacks.
  6. Stay updated with the latest cyber security trends and threats to proactively identify and mitigate potential risks.
  7. Investigate and document security incidents, providing detailed reports to senior management.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors for incident response support.
  9. Conduct regular security training and awareness programs for employees to enhance their understanding of cyber security.
  10. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to cyber security.
  11. Participate in incident response exercises to test the effectiveness of the incident response plan.
  12. Maintain and update incident response procedures and policies based on industry best practices.
  13. Coordinate with legal and law enforcement agencies as needed during security incidents.
  14. Communicate with stakeholders and senior management on the status of cyber security incidents and remediation activities.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve the incident response processes to enhance the overall security posture of the organization.
