  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and drive customer success.
  2. Proactively manage the renewal process for assigned accounts to ensure timely and successful renewals.
  3. Identify and pursue opportunities for upsell and growth within existing customer accounts.
  4. Collaborate with sales, account management, and other internal teams to develop and execute renewal strategies.
  5. Serve as the main point of contact for customers during the renewal process, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  6. Monitor customer usage and adoption of SAP solutions to identify potential risks and address them in a timely manner.
  7. Provide regular updates and reports on customer renewal status to management.
  8. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and utilize feedback to improve the renewal process and customer experience.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry and product knowledge to effectively communicate and promote the value of SAP solutions to customers.
  10. Act as an advocate for customers within the organization, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer success initiatives and programs.
  12. Continuously strive to improve and optimize the renewal process to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  13. Act as a mentor and resource for junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including data privacy and security protocols.
  15. Represent SAP in a professional and positive manner at all times, maintaining a high level of integrity and ethical standards.

They Should Be Able To Identify And Capitalize On Opportunities To Grow Revenue And Increase Customer Lifetime Value.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills: As A Senior Advisor, The Candidate Will Be Interacting With Customers At Various Levels, Including C-Suite Executives. Therefore, Strong Communication And Presentation Skills Are Essential To Effectively Convey Complex Information And Influence Decision-Making.

  • Proven Ability To Drive Customer Success: The Main Goal Of A Customer Success Renewal Senior Advisor Is To Ensure Customers Are Successful And Continue To Renew Their Contracts With Sap.
