  1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients by responding promptly to inquiries and addressing any concerns or issues they may have.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in the HR/HCM division, building strong and lasting relationships with them.
  3. Understand the needs and objectives of clients and work towards ensuring their success and satisfaction with our HR/HCM products.
  4. Utilize your deep understanding of HR and HCM processes to effectively troubleshoot and resolve any technical or functional issues.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams within SAP to ensure seamless delivery of services and support to clients.
  6. Be proactive in identifying potential risks or challenges for clients and provide proactive solutions to mitigate them.
  7. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their needs, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR and HCM to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
  9. Train and educate clients on new features and updates to our HR/HCM products to maximize their utilization and success.
  10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and provide timely reports and updates to management.
  11. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates through exceptional service and support.
  12. Act as a brand ambassador for SAP, promoting our products and services and building a positive reputation for the company.
  13. Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and contribute to the growth of the HR/HCM division.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations, to ensure compliance in all customer interactions.
  15. Demonstrate a strong work ethic, dedication, and a positive attitude towards achieving team and company goals.
