As a Customer Success Partner, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our customers by collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing exceptional support and guidance throughout their journey with SAP.   1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with various teams within SAP, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure a cohesive and seamless customer experience.
  2. Provide exceptional support: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  3. Guide customers throughout their journey: Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their business objectives and providing guidance and support to help them achieve success.
  4. Drive customer success: Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and drive customer success by understanding their pain points and offering solutions.
  5. Build and maintain relationships: Develop strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and build trust, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  6. Monitor customer satisfaction: Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns to ensure a positive and successful customer experience.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to provide valuable insights and recommendations to customers.
  8. Provide product training: Conduct product training for customers to ensure they are fully utilizing SAP's solutions and achieving their desired outcomes.
  9. Analyze customer data: Utilize customer data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and provide recommendations to enhance their experience.
  10. Continuously improve processes: Identify areas for improvement in processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience and increase efficiency.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Customer Success Partner, Acceleration At Sap, It Is Essential To Have Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Engage With Customers, Understand Their Needs, And Build Strong Relationships.

  • Experience In Customer Success Or Account Management: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Customer Success Or Account Management, Preferably In The Software Or Technology Industry. This Experience Will Demonstrate Their Ability To Understand Customer Needs, Drive Adoption, And Foster Long-Term Relationships.

  • Technical Knowledge And Understanding Of Sap Products: A Thorough Understanding Of Sap's Products And Services Is Critical For This Role. Candidates Should Have Experience Working With Sap Solutions And Be Able To Provide Technical Guidance And Support To Customers.

  • Proven Track Record Of Driving Customer Success: Successful Candidates Should Have A Track Record Of Delivering Results And Driving Customer Success. This Can Include Examples Of Improving Customer Satisfaction, Increasing Retention Rates, And Driving Revenue Growth.

  • Strong Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills: The Ability To Analyze Data, Identify Trends, And Develop Solutions To Address Customer Challenges Is Essential For This Role. Candidates Should Be Able To Think Critically, Make Data-Driven Decisions, And Proactively Address Customer Needs.
