  1. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers through excellent customer service and proactive communication.
  2. Manage the renewal process for customer contracts, ensuring timely and successful renewals.
  3. Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions and drive customer satisfaction.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and support, to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  5. Identify and proactively address potential customer issues or concerns to maintain high levels of customer retention.
  6. Utilize sales techniques and negotiation skills to achieve contract renewals and upsell opportunities.
  7. Effectively communicate product updates, new features, and promotions to customers to drive adoption and retention.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and contract information.
  9. Meet or exceed renewal and retention targets, contributing to the overall revenue goals of the company.
  10. Continuously monitor and analyze customer usage and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  11. Provide regular reports and updates on customer retention, renewal rates, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  12. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer renewal strategies.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador for SAP, promoting the company's values and commitment to customer success.
  14. Uphold the highest level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with customers.
  15. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customer accounts.
