  7. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, effectively managing expectations and communicating project updates.
  8. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance overall project delivery.
  9. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments in SAP technologies, and share knowledge and best practices with the team.
  10. Serve as a mentor and coach for team members, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
  11. Represent the company and maintain a positive brand image through professional conduct and excellent customer service.

Job Qualifications

  • Team Leadership Abilities: The Role Of A Customer Delivery Manager Requires Leadership Skills To Guide And Motivate A Team Of Consultants And Project Managers. This Includes Setting Goals, Providing Direction, And Ensuring Effective Communication And Collaboration Among Team Members.
