Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Adoption Senior Advisor to join our team at SAP.   1. Develop and implement strategies to drive customer adoption and success of SAP's cutting-edge AI technologies.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs and develop solutions to address them.
  3. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to inform adoption strategies.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business goals and helping them achieve success through AI.
  5. Create and deliver training programs and materials to educate customers on the benefits and capabilities of SAP's AI technologies.
  6. Serve as a subject matter expert on SAP's AI offerings, providing guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Monitor and analyze customer adoption metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
  8. Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of any issues or concerns.
  9. Participate in conferences, events, and other networking opportunities to promote SAP's AI solutions and drive customer adoption.
  10. Continuously gather feedback from customers and incorporate it into product development and improvement.
  11. Develop and maintain documentation and resources for customers to facilitate adoption and usage of SAP's AI technologies.
  12. Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and incorporate them into adoption strategies to ensure SAP remains at the forefront of the industry.
  13. Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in customer adoption and AI.
  14. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify and target potential customers for AI adoption.
  15. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations in all customer interactions.

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders And Customers.

  • Extensive Experience In Customer Adoption And Onboarding Processes For Complex Software Solutions, Specifically In The Areas Of Btp Ai, Ai Core, Ai Launchpad, And Gen Ai Core.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Sap Products And Services, With A Deep Understanding Of Ai And Machine Learning Technologies.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Driving Adoption Programs For Large Enterprise Customers.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Plan, Execute, And Monitor Adoption Programs To Ensure Successful Outcomes.
