- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve sales targets.
- Identify and prospect potential clients, build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of clients' needs and pain points to effectively position Concur's solutions.
- Deliver persuasive presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of Concur's solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring a win-win outcome for both parties.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure a seamless sales process and successful implementation of solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, changes, and competition to continually improve sales strategies and approaches.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
- Represent SAP and Concur at industry events and conferences to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Mentor and support junior sales team members, sharing best practices and providing guidance and support when needed.
Strong Sales Experience: A Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Software Or Technology Industry, With A Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.
Knowledge Of Concur Solutions: In-Depth Understanding Of The Concur Product Portfolio, Including Concur Expense, Concur Travel, And Concur Invoice, As Well As The Ability To Articulate The Value Proposition To Potential Customers.
Strategic Thinking: The Ability To Think Strategically And Develop Sales Strategies That Align With The Overall Business Objectives, With A Focus On Driving Revenue Growth And Customer Satisfaction.
Relationship Building Skills: Excellent Interpersonal And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Decision-Makers And Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
