Job Description

Welcome to SAP! We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Commercial Sales Support for SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) Early Talent Program in the Philippines. This is a temporary position for less than 6 months, with the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the world of enterprise technology sales. As a Commercial Sales Support, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the success of our SAP BTP solutions. If you have a passion for sales, a strong drive to succeed, and the desire to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!

  1. Provide exceptional customer service by warmly welcoming and assisting clients and potential customers.
  2. Support the sales team in all aspects of the sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
  3. Educate and inform clients about the benefits and features of SAP BTP solutions.
  4. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  5. Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify potential sales opportunities.
  6. Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts for clients.
  7. Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  9. Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure the smooth execution of sales initiatives.
  10. Continuously update and expand knowledge of SAP BTP solutions and the enterprise technology industry.
  11. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the SAP BTP Early Talent Program.
  12. Demonstrate a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to teamwork.
  13. Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  15. Proactively identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
  16. Act as a brand ambassador for SAP BTP and promote a positive image of the company.
  17. Maintain confidentiality of all sales-related information.
  18. Continuously seek out ways to improve sales processes and contribute to the growth of the business.
  19. Stay updated on competitor activities and market trends.
  20. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the sales team or management.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of Sap Btp: A Commercial Sales Support For Sap Btp Must Have A Strong Understanding Of Sap's Business Technology Platform And Its Various Solutions. This Includes Knowledge Of Cloud Computing, Data Management, And Application Development.

  • Sales Experience: The Role Of A Commercial Sales Support Involves Supporting The Sales Team In Driving Revenue And Closing Deals. As Such, Candidates Must Have Previous Experience In Sales, Preferably In A B2B Or Technology-Related Environment.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Effective Communication Is Essential For Success In This Role. A Commercial Sales Support Must Be Able To Communicate Clearly And Confidently With Clients, Colleagues, And Other Stakeholders.

  • Analytical Skills: Candidates Must Possess Strong Analytical Skills To Help Gather And Interpret Data Related To Sales Performance, Market Trends, And Customer Needs. This Will Enable Them To Provide Valuable Insights To The Sales Team And Contribute To Strategic Decision-Making.

  • Team Player: As A Member Of The Sales Team, A Commercial Sales Support Must Be A Team Player And Be Able To Collaborate Effectively With Others. This Includes Working Closely With Sales Representatives, Account Executives, And Other Internal Teams To Achieve Shared Goals And Objectives.
