  1. Serve as a primary point of contact for clients seeking commerce solutions, providing expert guidance and support in the CX space.
  2. Develop a deep understanding of clients' business needs and objectives to effectively tailor solutions to meet their unique requirements.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and resource for all their CX needs.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to develop and deliver comprehensive solutions for clients.
  5. Conduct market research and stay up to date on industry trends and advancements in the CX space, identifying opportunities for clients to improve their customer experiences.
  6. Leverage your strong sales skills to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  7. Utilize your strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively present and communicate complex CX concepts and ideas to clients.
  8. Act as a brand ambassador for SAP, representing the company's values and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  9. Continuously monitor and analyze clients' CX performance, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for optimization.
  10. Collaborate with the CX team to develop and implement strategies for enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.
  11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and engagements, utilizing CRM tools and processes.
  12. Proactively identify and address any potential issues or concerns that may impact client satisfaction, working to resolve them in a timely and effective manner.
  13. Stay informed and adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

Job Qualifications
  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Customer Experience (Cx) Strategies And Technologies: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Cx Processes And Tools, Including Crm, E-Commerce, And Customer Analytics.

  • Experience In Sales And Consulting: A Successful Commerce Solutions Advisor Should Have A Proven Track Record In Sales And Consulting, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Provide Strategic Guidance To Clients.

  • Strong Communication And Presentation Skills: As A Cx Advisor, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Communicating Complex Concepts And Solutions To Both Internal And External Stakeholders. Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills Are Essential For This Role.

  • Understanding Of Sap Products And Solutions: Familiarity With Sap's Commerce Solutions, Such As Sap Commerce Cloud And Sap Customer Experience, Is A Must For This Role. The Candidate Should Also Have A General Understanding Of Sap's Overall Product Portfolio.

  • Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Ability To Analyze Data, Identify Trends, And Develop Solutions To Improve Customer Experience Is Crucial For A Cx Advisor. The Candidate Should Be Able To Think Critically And Creatively To Solve Complex Problems For Clients.
