  1. Manage and drive the renewal process for cloud contracts to ensure high customer retention and revenue growth.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to understand their needs and effectively communicate the value of renewing their contracts.
  3. Collaborate with sales and account management teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities during the renewal process.
  4. Utilize knowledge of cloud technology to effectively communicate the benefits and features of SAP's cloud products and services to customers.
  5. Meet or exceed renewal targets and quotas set by management.
  6. Conduct thorough account analysis and forecasting to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  7. Proactively identify and address customer concerns and objections to ensure successful renewals.
  8. Work closely with the legal and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate contract renewals.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively position SAP's cloud solutions in the market.
  10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and renewal activities in the company's CRM system.
  11. Provide regular updates and reports to management on renewal performance and forecast.
  12. Continuously strive to improve renewal processes and procedures to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  13. Represent SAP in a professional and positive manner at industry events and conferences.
  14. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute strategies for customer retention and renewal campaigns.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert on SAP's cloud products and services, and provide training and support to colleagues as needed.
