  1. Develop and lead the go-to-market strategy for SAP SuccessFactors, including product positioning, messaging, and pricing.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, sales, and customer success to develop and execute go-to-market plans.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and market trends.
  4. Create compelling product messaging and value propositions that resonate with target audiences and differentiate SAP SuccessFactors in the market.
  5. Develop and manage product launch plans and campaigns to drive awareness, demand, and adoption of SAP SuccessFactors.
  6. Collaborate with sales teams to develop sales enablement materials, including presentations, battle cards, and case studies.
  7. Develop and manage relationships with key industry analysts, influencers, and partners to drive awareness and credibility for SAP SuccessFactors.
  8. Monitor and track market trends, competitive activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
  9. Develop and manage marketing budgets and track ROI for go-to-market activities.
  10. Represent SAP SuccessFactors at industry events, conferences, and webinars to showcase our solutions and thought leadership.
  11. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on go-to-market strategy and execution.
  12. Mentor and coach junior team members to drive professional and personal growth.
  13. Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in product marketing and the HR technology market.

Job Qualifications
