- Develop and lead the architecture and design strategy for SAP's RISE offering.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions that meet customer needs.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the RISE program remains competitive and cutting-edge.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to stakeholders, including senior leadership and customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs and align the RISE program accordingly.
- Communicate complex technical concepts and ideas to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Lead and mentor a team of architects, providing guidance and support to ensure successful delivery of projects.
- Develop and maintain a roadmap for the RISE program, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for future enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in enterprise architecture.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process improvements and efficiencies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and provide technical support during the sales process.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure the success of the RISE program and make data-driven decisions.
- Represent SAP at industry events and conferences, showcasing the RISE program and promoting its benefits to potential customers.
- Stay updated on SAP's product portfolio and provide insights on how new products and features can be incorporated into the RISE program.
- Continuously assess and mitigate risks associated with the RISE program, ensuring a secure and reliable offering for customers.
Extensive Experience In Enterprise Architecture: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Strong Background In Enterprise Architecture, With A Track Record Of Successfully Designing And Implementing Complex Enterprise Solutions.
Strategic Thinking And Vision: As A Chief Enterprise Architect, The Candidate Should Possess A Strategic Mindset And Be Able To Think Beyond Short-Term Goals. They Should Have A Clear Understanding Of Business Objectives And Be Able To Align Technology Solutions With Those Objectives.
Leadership And Management Skills: This Role Requires The Candidate To Lead And Manage A Team Of Architects, So Strong Leadership And Management Skills Are Essential. The Candidate Should Have Experience In Mentoring And Developing Team Members To Drive High Performance.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Sap Products And Solutions: Since This Role Is At Sap, It Is Important For The Candidate To Have A Deep Understanding Of Sap's Products And Solutions. This Includes A Solid Understanding Of Sap's Cloud Offerings, Such As S/4Hana, Sap Cloud Platform, And Sap Analytics Cloud.
