  1. Develop and implement technology strategies for enterprise customers in Japan, in alignment with overall business goals and objectives.
  2. Lead a team of architects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and effective solutions.
  3. Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements in the Japanese market, and incorporate them into the company's strategy.
  4. Identify and evaluate new technologies, tools, and processes that can improve efficiency and drive business growth.
  5. Ensure the company's technology solutions are in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  6. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions.
  7. Act as a thought leader and represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums.
  8. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
  9. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and team members.
  10. Continuously monitor and assess the performance and effectiveness of technology solutions, and make necessary adjustments to drive continuous improvement.
  11. Collaborate with global teams to share best practices, leverage resources, and drive consistency.
  12. Prepare and present reports, proposals, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
  13. Drive innovation and transformation within the organization, keeping in mind the unique needs and challenges of the Japanese market.
  14. Stay informed about competitor activities and market trends, and use this information to inform strategic decision-making.
  15. Adhere to company values, policies, and procedures, and promote a positive and inclusive work culture.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Enterprise Architecture: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Designing And Implementing Enterprise Solutions, With A Deep Understanding Of Both Business And Technology Aspects.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As The Chief Enterprise Architect, This Role Requires A Strong Leader Who Can Effectively Communicate And Align The Organization's It Strategy With Business Goals, Manage And Mentor A Team Of Architects, And Drive Change And Innovation.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Japanese Market And Business Landscape: Since This Is A Japan-Focused Role, The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Local Market, Its Unique Challenges, And The Cultural Nuances Of Doing Business In Japan.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Implementations: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Track Record Of Delivering Successful Enterprise Architecture Solutions In Complex And Dynamic Environments, Preferably In The Japanese Market.

  • Expertise In Sap Products And Solutions: As A Key Player In The Sap Ecosystem, The Chief Enterprise Architect Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Sap's Products And Solutions, Including The Latest Innovations And Best Practices In The Industry. Certification In Sap Architecture Is A Plus.
