  1. Develop and implement data architecture strategy for the company, in line with our overall business objectives and goals.
  2. Lead a team of data architects and data engineers in designing and implementing innovative data solutions for our clients.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective data architecture designs.
  4. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our data architecture remains cutting-edge and competitive.
  5. Oversee the development and maintenance of data models, data dictionaries, and other data architecture artifacts.
  6. Ensure that data architecture designs are scalable, optimized, and secure.
  7. Monitor and evaluate data architecture performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  8. Work closely with project managers to ensure data architecture deliverables are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  9. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  10. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide strategic recommendations for data-driven decision making.
  11. Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  12. Communicate data architecture strategies, plans, and progress to senior management and other stakeholders.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert for data architecture, providing insights and recommendations to support business initiatives.
  14. Identify and mitigate risks and issues related to data architecture, proactively addressing any challenges that may arise.
  15. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company's values and standards at all times.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Data Architecture And Data Management In A Global Delivery Environment, With At Least 10 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Sap Data Management Solutions And Technologies, Including Sap Hana, Sap Data Services, And Sap Information Steward.

  • Strong Understanding Of Data Governance Principles And Best Practices, With The Ability To Develop And Implement Global Data Governance Frameworks.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Large-Scale Data Architecture Projects, With A Focus On Delivering High-Quality Solutions On Time And Within Budget.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Stakeholders Across Different Regions And Cultures.
