Job Description

Welcome to SAP, a leading provider of enterprise software solutions. We are currently seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Architect to lead our SAP AI Core and Generative AI Hub. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and driving the architecture of our AI core and developing a strategic roadmap for our Generative AI Hub. We are looking for an innovative and experienced individual who can provide technical leadership and drive the transformation of our AI capabilities.   1. Design and develop the architecture for SAP's AI core and Generative AI Hub.
  2. Create and implement a strategic roadmap for the development and transformation of our AI capabilities.
  3. Provide technical leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams working on AI projects.
  4. Collaborate with other departments and teams to identify and prioritize AI initiatives that align with business goals.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI technology and incorporate them into our architecture and roadmap.
  6. Ensure that all AI solutions are scalable, efficient, and adhere to industry best practices.
  7. Conduct regular evaluations and assessments of our AI architecture and make recommendations for improvements.
  8. Lead and mentor a team of AI developers, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential.
  9. Act as a subject matter expert for AI within the organization and represent SAP at industry events and conferences.
  10. Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and support for the AI roadmap.
  11. Identify and manage potential risks and challenges related to AI development and implementation.
  12. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the AI team.
  13. Define and monitor key performance indicators to track the success and impact of our AI initiatives.
  14. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to leverage their expertise and technologies for our AI projects.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and optimize AI processes and workflows.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Designing And Implementing Complex Ai Solutions Using Sap Technologies, Particularly In The Areas Of Ai Core And Generative Ai Hub.

  • Proven Track Record Of Leading And Managing Large-Scale Ai Projects, With A Deep Understanding Of Sap Architecture And Integration Capabilities.

  • Strong Technical Expertise In Ai, Machine Learning, And Natural Language Processing, With A Focus On Continually Staying Updated On The Latest Advancements And Best Practices.

  • Exceptional Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Developers, Engineers, And Business Stakeholders.

  • Advanced Problem-Solving And Critical Thinking Abilities, With A Strategic Mindset To Identify Opportunities For Innovation And Drive The Development Of Cutting-Edge Ai Solutions.
