Are you an experienced Business Processes Consultant in the field of SAP Enterprise Asset Management? Do you have a passion for driving innovation and optimizing business processes? In this role, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions for our clients, leveraging your expertise in EAM and SAP technologies.   1. Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and identify areas for improvement within their SAP EAM systems.
  2. Use in-depth knowledge of EAM and SAP technologies to design and implement innovative solutions for clients.
  3. Lead project teams in the delivery of EAM and SAP implementations, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  4. Provide expert guidance and support to clients in optimizing their business processes and achieving their goals.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in EAM and SAP technologies to continuously improve and enhance solutions for clients.
  6. Act as a subject matter expert and provide thought leadership in EAM and SAP within the CoE and to clients.
  7. Conduct trainings and workshops for clients to educate them on EAM and SAP best practices and solutions.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive innovation and growth.
  9. Act as a mentor and coach to junior team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to support their professional growth.
  10. Continuously assess and improve processes within the CoE to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services to clients.
  11. Represent SAP at industry events and conferences, showcasing thought leadership and expertise in EAM and SAP.
  12. Provide timely and accurate reporting and updates on project status and deliverables to stakeholders.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Sap Enterprise Asset Management: A Senior Consultant Must Have A Deep Understanding Of The Sap Eam Module, Including Its Functionalities, Configurations, And Integration With Other Sap Modules.

  • Experience In End-To-End Implementation: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing Sap Eam For Various Clients, From Project Planning To Go-Live And Support.

  • Strong Business Process Knowledge: A Senior Consultant Must Possess A Thorough Understanding Of Asset Management Processes In Different Industries, Such As Manufacturing, Utilities, And Transportation.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Consultant, The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Clients And Team Members Is Crucial. The Candidate Should Be Able To Present Complex Concepts In A Clear And Concise Manner.

  • Team Leadership And Project Management Experience: Senior Consultants Are Expected To Lead And Manage Project Teams, Ensuring Timely Delivery Of High-Quality Solutions. Therefore, Experience In Team Leadership And Project Management Is Essential For This Role.
