- Lead and manage cloud/SaaS implementation projects for clients, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Utilize expertise in business processes and best practices to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and configure solutions that meet clients' business requirements.
- Conduct thorough analysis of client business processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Create and deliver presentations and training sessions to educate clients on best practices and the use of SAP software.
