- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of SAP's BTP D@S division, including its products, services, and target market.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Utilize your expertise in data and storage solutions to recommend and implement effective solutions for clients.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify market trends and competitor offerings, and use this information to enhance SAP's products and services.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and advisor to both internal stakeholders and clients on matters related to business processes and data and storage solutions.
- Lead and facilitate meetings and workshops with clients to gather requirements, present proposals, and provide updates on project progress.
- Build strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive business transformation and achieve company goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in technology and industry best practices to continuously improve and innovate SAP's products and services.
- Act as a mentor and coach to junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
Extensive Experience In Business Process Consulting: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Business Process Consulting With A Focus On Sap Solutions. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Business Processes And How To Optimize Them Using Sap Software.
Strong Knowledge Of Sap Solutions: A Business Processes Senior Consultant At Sap Should Have A Strong Knowledge Of Various Sap Modules Such As Sap S/4Hana, Sap Successfactors, Sap Ariba, And Sap Hybris. They Should Also Be Familiar With The Latest Updates And Advancements In Sap Software.
Excellent Project Management Skills: As A Senior Consultant, The Candidate Should Be Able To Lead And Manage Projects Effectively. They Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Complex Projects On Time And Within Budget.
Analytical And Problem-Solving Abilities: The Role Of A Business Processes Senior Consultant Requires The Ability To Analyze Complex Business Processes And Identify Areas For Improvement. The Candidate Should Possess Strong Problem-Solving Skills And Be Able To Provide Innovative Solutions To Clients.
