  1. Develop and implement supply chain strategies and processes for clients using SAP software.
  2. Analyze and assess clients' supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  4. Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on best practices for supply chain management.
  5. Utilize SAP software to design and optimize supply chain processes and systems.
  6. Monitor and track supply chain KPIs to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in supply chain management to provide innovative solutions to clients.
  8. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
  9. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during project implementation.
  10. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
  11. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to support their professional growth.
  12. Continuously gather feedback from clients and make recommendations for process improvements.
  13. Collaborate with other departments within SAP to ensure alignment and integration of supply chain solutions.
  14. Represent SAP at industry events and conferences to showcase our supply chain management expertise.
  15. Adhere to SAP's ethical standards and maintain confidentiality of client information.

Job Qualifications

  • Strong Understanding Of Supply Planning And Integrated Business Planning Processes: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Supply Planning And Integrated Business Planning Processes, Including Demand Forecasting, Inventory Management, And Production Planning. This Knowledge Is Critical For Providing Effective Consulting Services To Clients.

  • Experience With Sap Software: Sap Is A Leading Provider Of Enterprise Software, And The Business Processes Consultant Role Requires Proficiency In Sap Software. The Candidate Should Have Experience Working With Sap Supply Chain Management Modules, Such As Sap Apo And Sap Ibp.

  • Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: A Business Processes Consultant Must Be Able To Analyze Complex Business Problems And Develop Effective Solutions. This Requires Strong Analytical Skills, Attention To Detail, And The Ability To Think Critically.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Consultant, The Candidate Will Be Working Closely With Clients And Cross-Functional Teams. Therefore, Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For Building Relationships, Managing Expectations, And Presenting Recommendations To Stakeholders.

  • Project Management Experience: The Business Processes Consultant Role Involves Managing Projects And Delivering Solutions To Clients Within A Specific Timeline And Budget. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Project Management, Including Planning, Budgeting, And Tracking Project Progress. Certification In Project Management (E.g., Pmp) Is A Plus.
