- Utilize expertise in PMGM (Process Management for Goods Movement) to provide expert guidance and support to clients.
- Lead and facilitate workshops and meetings with clients to gather requirements, discuss solutions, and provide recommendations.
- Conduct thorough research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business process management.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Train and mentor team members on PMGM methodologies and processes to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Document and present business process improvement plans and strategies to clients and stakeholders.
