  1. Collaborate with clients to identify and understand their payroll processes and pain points.
  2. Utilize knowledge of EC Payroll and Successfactors or other HCM solutions to develop and implement innovative solutions for clients.
  3. Analyze and optimize existing business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  4. Act as a subject matter expert in HR processes and SAP technology, providing guidance and support to both clients and internal teams.
  5. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
  6. Develop and deliver presentations and training materials to educate clients on new processes and technologies.
  7. Monitor and track the success of implemented solutions, making adjustments as needed to ensure maximum impact.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and sales teams, to ensure successful project delivery.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to business processes and technology.
  10. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, building strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Successfactors And Hcm Solutions, Specifically In The Area Of Ec Payroll. This Includes A Deep Understanding Of The Software's Capabilities And The Ability To Effectively Implement And Configure It For Clients.

  • Strong Understanding Of Business Processes And Best Practices In Payroll Management. This Includes A Thorough Understanding Of Local And International Payroll Regulations, Compliance Requirements, And Industry Standards.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Deliver Complex Projects Within Strict Timelines. This Includes The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Stakeholders, Manage Resources, And Ensure Project Milestones Are Met.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Analyzing And Optimizing Payroll Processes For Efficiency And Accuracy. This Includes The Ability To Identify Areas For Improvement, Develop And Implement Solutions, And Measure The Impact On Business Outcomes.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Working With Cross-Functional Teams And Delivering High-Quality Solutions To Clients. This Includes Strong Collaboration Skills, Effective Problem-Solving Abilities, And The Ability To Adapt To Changing Business Needs.
