  1. Provide expert consultation on CPI/HCI and HCM/SuccessFactors to clients, utilizing your knowledge and experience in these areas to help them optimize their business processes.
  2. Collaborate with clients to understand their unique business needs and develop customized solutions using SAP software and services.
  3. Conduct thorough analysis of client systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for enhancements.
  4. Design and implement CPI/HCI and HCM/SuccessFactors solutions that align with clients' business goals and objectives.
  5. Serve as a subject matter expert for SAP software and services, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to continuously improve processes and solutions.
  6. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
  7. Train and support clients on the use of CPI/HCI and HCM/SuccessFactors solutions.
  8. Identify and escalate any issues or risks that may impact project timelines or client satisfaction.
  9. Participate in continuous learning and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  10. Represent SAP as a professional and knowledgeable expert in CPI/HCI and HCM/SuccessFactors during client interactions and industry events.
  11. Contribute to the growth and success of SAP by providing valuable insights and feedback to improve processes, products, and services.

Job Qualifications

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Cpi (Cloud Platform Integration) And Hci (Hana Cloud Integration) Tools, With Hands-On Experience In Implementing And Deploying Integration Solutions For Hcm/Successfactors.

  • Strong Understanding Of Business Processes And Workflows, With The Ability To Analyze And Optimize Them For Maximum Efficiency And Productivity.

  • Expertise In Sap Hcm And Successfactors Modules, Including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Recruiting, And Learning Management.

  • Proven Experience In Managing End-To-End Implementation Projects, From Requirements Gathering And Design To Testing And Deployment, With A Focus On Delivering High-Quality Solutions On Time And Within Budget.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders, And Provide Training And Support To End-Users.
