  1. Support customers in implementing and optimizing their SAP EWM (Cloud ERP) systems.

  3. Utilize expertise in SAP EWM (Cloud ERP) to provide guidance and support to clients.
  4. Work with cutting-edge technology to develop and implement solutions for clients.
  5. Conduct thorough analysis of client needs and develop customized solutions to meet their requirements.
  6. Serve as a subject matter expert on SAP EWM (Cloud ERP) and provide training and support to team members.
  7. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their business needs and provide timely and effective solutions.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in SAP EWM (Cloud ERP) to provide the best possible support to clients.
  9. Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance client's SAP EWM (Cloud ERP) systems.
  10. Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and identify potential growth opportunities.
  11. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote SAP EWM (Cloud ERP) solutions to potential clients.
  12. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
  13. Provide regular progress updates to project managers and other team members.
  14. Adhere to company standards and procedures while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
  15. Continuously improve and update technical skills to stay current with SAP EWM (Cloud ERP) advancements.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Information Technology, Or Related Field.

  • 2-3 Years Of Experience In Implementing And Supporting Sap Ewm (Extended Warehouse Management) In A Cloud-Based Erp System.

  • Strong Understanding Of Business Processes And Best Practices In Warehouse Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Work With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Sap Ewm Certification Or Relevant Training And Experience In Other Sap Modules, Such As Mm (Materials Management) Or Sd (Sales And Distribution).
