  1. Develop and implement strategies for business process optimization and innovation using the HANA Platform.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and analyze business requirements and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  3. Lead end-to-end project implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve business processes.
  5. Conduct trainings and workshops to educate team members and stakeholders on the use and benefits of the HANA Platform.
  6. Provide technical expertise and support to clients and colleagues on HANA Platform related issues.
  7. Act as a subject matter expert on the HANA Platform and provide guidance and advice to clients and colleagues.
  8. Manage and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is maintained.
  9. Monitor and analyze the performance of HANA Platform solutions and make recommendations for enhancements or optimizations.
  10. Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal processes and standards related to the HANA Platform.
  11. Act as a mentor and coach to junior team members, sharing knowledge and providing guidance for their professional development.
  12. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote the benefits of the HANA Platform to potential clients.
  13. Participate in conferences, webinars, and other events to represent SAP and showcase the capabilities of the HANA Platform.

Job Qualifications

  • Expertise In Hana Platform: A Business Process Senior Consultant At Sap Should Have Extensive Knowledge And Hands-On Experience With The Hana Platform, Including Its Architecture, Data Modeling, And Development Tools.

  • Business Process Management Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Strong Business Process Management Skills, Including Experience In Process Design, Optimization, And Automation, As Well As The Ability To Understand And Analyze Complex Business Processes.

  • Project Management Experience: As A Senior Consultant, The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Multiple Projects And Delivering Results Within Tight Timelines.

  • Sap Implementation Experience: Prior Experience In Implementing Sap Solutions, Particularly On The Hana Platform, Is Highly Desirable. This Includes Knowledge Of Sap Best Practices, Industry-Specific Processes, And Integration With Other Sap Modules.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: A Business Process Senior Consultant Needs To Effectively Communicate With Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders, Including Clients, Team Members, And Management. Strong Interpersonal Skills And The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships Are Crucial For Success In This Role.
