- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve revenue goals.
- Identify and engage potential clients and partners, building strong and lasting relationships.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business development strategies.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients and partners.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners to ensure mutually beneficial relationships.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators and provide regular updates to management.
- Stay up-to-date with SAP's products and solutions to effectively promote and sell them to potential clients.
- Represent SAP at industry events and conferences to network and build brand awareness.
- Mentor and train junior team members to develop their skills and contribute to the overall success of the team.
- Continuously assess and improve business development processes and procedures.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Travel as needed to meet with clients and partners, both domestically and internationally.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures and ensure ethical and professional conduct at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Business Development Or Sales Roles, Preferably In The Software Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Driving And Closing Large Deals With Enterprise Clients.
Strong Understanding Of The Technology Landscape, Including Cloud Computing, Saas, And Emerging Technologies.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships At All Levels Of An Organization.
