- Understand and analyze clients' business needs to develop customized solutions.
- Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to clients on how to best utilize SAP software.
- Collaborate with sales, consulting, and support teams to deliver innovative solutions to clients.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and maintain strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and advancements in SAP technology to continuously improve solutions and services.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of SAP software to potential and existing clients.
- Lead the development and delivery of project proposals and statements of work.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Mentor and train junior team members on SAP solutions and best practices.
- Actively participate in sales and marketing efforts to promote SAP solutions and acquire new clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for business growth and development.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Adhere to ethical standards and maintain confidentiality of client information.
- Travel to client sites as needed to provide on-site support and consultation.
Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In Solution Sales Or Consulting Roles Within The It Industry, With A Focus On The Central And Eastern European Region.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Sap's Business Technology Platform (Btp) And Its Various Products And Solutions.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Closing Large And Complex Deals In The Cee Region, With A Strong Understanding Of The Local Market Dynamics And Customer Needs.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Articulate And Demonstrate The Value Of Btp Solutions To Both Technical And Business Stakeholders.
Experience In Building And Maintaining Strong Relationships With Key Stakeholders, Including C-Level Executives, Partners, And Internal Teams, To Drive Business Growth And Customer Satisfaction.
