  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers using SAP's BTP (Business Technology Platform) solutions.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and goals.
  3. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance and support to ensure their success with SAP's products and services.
  4. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling SAP's solutions to clients.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer success, and technical teams, to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
  6. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to monitor their satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
  7. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide knowledgeable insights and recommendations to clients.
  8. Act as a subject matter expert on SAP's BTP solutions, providing training and support to clients as needed.
  9. Utilize data and analytics to track and measure customer success and identify areas for improvement.
  10. Continuously strive to improve the customer experience and drive customer loyalty.
  11. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all client interactions and engagements.
  12. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the BTP Preferred Success team.
  13. Stay up-to-date with SAP's products and services and continuously develop your knowledge and skills.
  14. Represent SAP with the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
  15. Embrace and promote SAP's values and culture in all interactions with clients and colleagues.

Job Qualifications

  • Strong Knowledge Of Sap Software: The Preferred Success Engagement Advisor Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Sap Software And Its Various Modules, Including Sap S/4Hana, Sap Business Bydesign, And Sap Successfactors.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: As A Key Point Of Contact For Clients, The Preferred Success Engagement Advisor Should Have Exceptional Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, To Effectively Convey Technical Information And Build Strong Relationships With Clients.

  • Project Management Experience: The Role Of A Btp Preferred Success Engagement Advisor Involves Managing Multiple Projects And Clients Simultaneously. Therefore, Candidates Should Have Experience In Project Management, Including Planning, Coordinating, And Executing Tasks Within Set Timelines.

  • Customer Service Orientation: The Preferred Success Engagement Advisor Will Be Responsible For Ensuring Customer Satisfaction And Building Long-Term Partnerships With Clients.
