  1. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to promote customer success and satisfaction with SAP's Business Technology Platform (BTP).
  2. Serve as a primary point of contact for BTP clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  3. Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and provide strategic guidance on how BTP can help them achieve their goals.
  4. Proactively identify opportunities to expand and enhance BTP usage within existing client accounts.
  5. Work closely with sales teams to support new BTP client acquisition and assist with onboarding and implementation processes.
  6. Act as a subject matter expert on BTP capabilities, providing guidance and support to clients and internal teams.
  7. Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and success with BTP.
  8. Monitor and analyze customer usage data to identify trends and provide insights for product and service improvements.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver training and educational materials for clients on BTP features and updates.
  10. Continuously stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in cloud technology and use this knowledge to enhance BTP customer success strategies.
  11. Represent SAP and the BTP product line at industry events and conferences, showcasing the value and benefits of the platform to potential clients.
  12. Provide regular reports and updates to management on BTP customer success metrics, including retention rates, customer satisfaction scores, and revenue growth.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of Sap Products And Solutions: A Successful Btp Customer Success Partner Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Sap's Products And Solutions, Including Business Technology Platform (Btp) Offerings. This Includes Being Proficient In Cloud Computing, Analytics, And Database Management.

  • Customer Relationship Management: The Role Of A Btp Customer Success Partner Is To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Customers. Therefore, Candidates Should Possess Excellent Customer Relationship Management Skills, Including The Ability To Identify And Address Customer Needs And Concerns.

  • Project Management Experience: As A Btp Customer Success Partner, One Will Be Responsible For Managing Various Customer Projects. This Requires Candidates To Have Previous Experience In Project Management, Including Planning, Organizing, And Coordinating Tasks And Resources To Ensure Successful Project Delivery.

  • Technical And Analytical Skills: To Effectively Support Customers Using Sap's Btp, A Btp Customer Success Partner Should Have Strong Technical Skills And The Ability To Analyze Complex Technical Issues. This Includes Troubleshooting, Root Cause Analysis, And Developing Solutions To Resolve Customer Issues.

  • Communication And Collaboration Skills: Effective Communication And Collaboration Are Essential For A Btp Customer Success Partner To Succeed In Their Role. Candidates Should Possess Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills, As Well As The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders To Drive Customer Success.
