- Develop and implement strategies to promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace, specifically for individuals with autism
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to identify and recruit candidates with autism for employment opportunities at SAP
- Conduct outreach and establish partnerships with organizations and communities that support individuals with autism
- Educate and train SAP employees on autism awareness and best practices for working with individuals on the autism spectrum
- Provide ongoing support and resources for employees with autism to ensure their success and integration into the workplace
- Continuously assess and evaluate the effectiveness of the Autism at Work program and make recommendations for improvement
- Stay updated on current research and developments in the field of autism to inform program development and implementation
- Represent Autism at Work Deutschland at events and conferences to promote the program and raise awareness about employment opportunities for individuals with autism
- Collaborate with other departments and teams within SAP to ensure a cohesive and inclusive workplace culture for all employees
- Uphold the values and mission of Autism at Work Deutschland and SAP in all interactions and initiatives.
Experience Working With Individuals On The Autism Spectrum: Candidates Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Working With Individuals On The Autism Spectrum, Either Through Previous Employment Or Volunteer Work.
Understanding Of Autism And Its Impact On The Workplace: A Deep Understanding Of Autism And Its Potential Challenges In A Work Environment Is Essential For This Role. Candidates Should Be Able To Demonstrate Their Knowledge And Experience In This Area.
Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong Communication Skills Are Essential For This Role, As The Successful Candidate Will Be Working With A Diverse Group Of Colleagues And Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Individuals On The Autism Spectrum.
