  1. Develop and execute a strategic product roadmap for ATLAS Customer Self-Service, aligned with the overall company vision and goals.
  2. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify customer needs and market trends, and use this information to inform product strategy and features.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and development, to gather input and ensure alignment on product vision and roadmap.
  4. Define and prioritize product features and requirements, based on customer feedback, market demands, and technical feasibility.
  5. Lead the product development process, including creating user stories, wireframes, and prototypes, and managing the product backlog.
  6. Work closely with the development team to ensure timely and successful delivery of product features, and provide guidance and clarification as needed.
  7. Continuously monitor and analyze product performance and usage data, and use this information to make data-driven decisions and drive product improvements.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to gather feedback, understand their needs, and communicate product updates and roadmap.
  9. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert for the ATLAS product, providing product knowledge and support to internal teams, customers, and partners.
  11. Stay informed about industry trends and developments related to self-service and customer experience, and use this knowledge to continuously improve the product.
  12. Represent the ATLAS product at industry events and conferences, and contribute to thought leadership and knowledge sharing within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Customer Self-Service Space.

  • Strong Understanding Of Sap Products And Services, As Well As The Ability To Quickly Learn And Adapt To New Technologies.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Launching Customer Self-Service Solutions.
